I met with Gail unsure if I should sell my co op and upgrade to a condo/townhouse . She took the time to advise me on the pros and cons of both . She arranged an open house I received an unbelievable offer and decided with some fear of the unknown to move foward and sell . She set me up with Scott to go house hunting and he too was always available to answer questions explain the process and guide me in the best way to give an offer and my offer was accepted and the process moved foward with Gail and Scott right there supporting me every step of the way . I was very scared through this but they both supported me and I felt confident in them that they were giving me the best advice and handling the entire process that I could trust them 100 percent , I would absolutely recommend both of them
