Working with Gail Carillo to sell my father's apartment after his passing was extraordinary. The apartment had multiple challenges and was not an easy property to sell, but Gail handled every hurdle with skill, persistence, and total integrity. Her pricing guidance was exact, her communication was clear, and her experience showed in every decision she helped us make.Gail anticipated issues before they arose and brought in top-tier professionals at every stage. Every recommendation she made, from contractors to cleaners to inspectors, was exceptional. My sister and I felt supported, informed, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire process.Most of all, we trusted her completely. Her honesty, steadiness, and commitment to doing things the right way made an incredibly difficult situation feel manageable. And the outcome far exceeded what we hoped for-we were truly thrilled.I can't recommend Gail highly enough. She is a rare combination of expertise, integrity, and humanity. She communicated promptly but was never pushy, and was patient to discuss house pros/cons during visits or reviewing over text. It made us more confident evaluating houses since Laura could share relevant market insights. When we found a house we wanted to make an offer on she was confident in all the steps and kept the process moving forward smoothly. Even when an insurance company (that we found) backed out on us right before closing, Laura provided a broker contact that found us a reliable insurance option on short notice! We felt like our whole house search was fairly efficient and low stress, and now we're so happy to be living in a house that we own!
