We try to meet or speak to several realtors that seemed to have full schedules, we spoke with Gail and realized she had the background and experience we were looking for we listed with her and had our 1st and only open house within 2 weeks and had 15 offers over asking price. Gail made herself available throughout the contract process and answered all our questions in a timely manner. We appreciated her and her teams efforts. We were very satisfied.
