Annette was professional and set a realistic price. I would have liked to have listed a bit higher, but we had multiple offers right away. Ultimately, it sold over asking price. Annette was very responsive and takes her job very seriously.

FIVE STAR REVIEW covers excellence in Local knowledge, Process expertise, Responsiveness, Negotiation skills. Annette was beyond helpful. I was living upstate and she took care of everything. Checking on the house after storms, working with my lawyer even calling the town when we had problems with a permit. She bent over backwards to help us and found the person I wanted to live in my house of 50 years. I felt more like I was working with a friend than a sales person. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

I highly recommend working with Sharon Annese. She was great at finding the house my husband and I wanted as she listened to our needs and desires that we were looking for our first home. She provided us with multiple options and guided us throughout the whole process. The funny story here is that she showed us plenty of houses, but the one we ended up purchasing was through a video call. She was able to gave me the tour of the house by FaceTime as it was not possible for me and my husband to physically drive to see the house. It was really a pleasure to work with her.
