My husband and I met Brandi when we were in the process of purchasing a co-op for our daughters. Brandi is one of the nicest people you will ever meet, but not only was she nice, she was also very knowledgeable and very accommodating. We were out of state at the time and if we couldn't get to Long Island, Brandi would go to the listing and she would Facetime us as she walked through. She knew what we wanted and what we did not want and she would point these things out to us. It was a pleasure working with her and the entire Carillo team and because of them we were able to find a beautiful, safe place for our girls. Thank you Brandi and Gail!

I have nothing but praise for how Brandi Everett handled my home purchase. She was clearly knowledgeable, but more importantly she knew how to treat me as a person. Not having much experience in home purchasing, I asked A LOT of questions. She was always patient and didn't make me feel foolish for asking her to clarify terminology or procedures. Perhaps my greatest compliment to her professionalism is by recognizing how much I appreciated her seeing my situation for what it was...starting out on my own again. She respected my time and realized the challenges I was facing. In the future, when I need assistance in real estate, she will be the only person I call.
