We had a great experience buying a house with help from Laura from Coldwell Banker! She communicated promptly but was never pushy, and was patient to discuss house pros/cons during visits or reviewing over text. It made us more confident evaluating houses since Laura could share relevant market insights. When we found a house we wanted to make an offer on she was confident in all the steps and kept the process moving forward smoothly. Even when an insurance company (that we found) backed out on us right before closing, Laura provided a broker contact that found us a reliable insurance option on short notice! We felt like our whole house search was fairly efficient and low stress, and now we're so happy to be living in a house that we own!
