Working with Gail Carillo to sell my father's apartment after his passing was extraordinary. Her pricing guidance was exact, her communication was clear, and her experience showed in every decision she helped us make.Gail anticipated issues before they arose and brought in top-tier professionals at every stage. Every recommendation she made, from contractors to cleaners to inspectors, was exceptional. My sister and I felt supported, informed, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire process.Most of all, we trusted her completely. Her honesty, steadiness, and commitment to doing things the right way made an incredibly difficult situation feel manageable.
