She was very kind, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. She was also very prompt and very easy to communicate with. There were a number of times I felt I might be bothering her but she always let me know that I was not and that she was glad to help me. Overall she was a pleasure to be around.

Brandi was PERFECT! Initially I had some trepidation about selling my home and Brandi effectively informed me of what to expect. She patiently allowed me time to decide to go forward without any pressure. Once I began the process, Brandi handled everything. Her knowledge was very impressive and I eventually sold my home for much more than I had initially expected. The entire experience of selling my home (which I truly loved) was absolutely painless. Her experience, professionalism, patience, attention to detail.....I can go on, lead me to refer her to many of my close friends. If her territory included South Carolina, I would definitely use her again.

My husband and I met Brandi when we were in the process of purchasing a co-op for our daughters. Brandi is one of the nicest people you will ever meet, but not only was she nice, she was also very knowledgeable and very accommodating. We were out of state at the time and if we couldn't get to Long Island, Brandi would go to the listing and she would Facetime us as she walked through. She knew what we wanted and what we did not want and she would point these things out to us. It was a pleasure working with her and the entire Carillo team and because of them we were able to find a beautiful, safe place for our girls. Thank you Brandi and Gail!

Responsive and curious to all of our needs. No questions unanswered. It was a smooth transition and not the usual pressure expected when buying a home. I have nothing but praise for how Brandi Everett handled my home purchase. She was clearly knowledgeable, but more importantly she knew how to treat me as a person. Not having much experience in home purchasing, I asked A LOT of questions. She was always patient and didn't make me feel foolish for asking her to clarify terminology or procedures. Perhaps my greatest compliment to her professionalism is by recognizing how much I appreciated her seeing my situation for what it was...starting out on my own again.
